Fiction and Creative Writing
I've always enjoyed writing in almost any form, but creative writing has been a huge guilty pleasure of mine. While not all of my work is under handles or pen-names that I'm comfortable sharing, I'm still working on a wide variety of written projects, both professional and non-professional.
Professional Writing
I'm currently working on two major story projects, with the intention of publishing them as completed novels or novelettes. Both can be viewed at the Current Projects page, along with a brief synopsis or blurb and any other information I can share as I continue to work on them.
My ultimate goal is to have work professionally published and ready to share on this site. I have stories I want to tell and ideas I want to explore, so I'm not going to give up on my hopes of making that possible.

Fan Labour
My start in writing for an audience came from fan fiction. While there is definitely a stigma surrounding the way that fan fiction is created, it also allowed me to fully explore a range of different genres, from simple joke scenarios to more serious works. Some of these works included:
- The Therapist (Warframe): The Therapist was my first attempt at writing something long-form, and got me into a couple of writing communities that have really expanded by skills. Although I officially declared it dead, and have no plans to revisit it any time soon, the fic still did surprisingly well for a first attempt.
- Our Magnum Opus (Warframe): Another major fan work, Our Magnum Opus was my first attempt at creating something horror-related, exploring the Infested in a slightly different light. Again, it was left unfinished as I changed priorities and moved towards other types of writing, but it also gave me a standard to use when writing future body-horror scenes.
Other Writing
I occasionally write other fan works under a different handle. Due to some personal reasons for remaining fairly anonymous (as well as specific reasons for separating my real name from the handle's identity), I won't include any of it here, but my works have become increasingly popular since I began in Mid-2020.
My current most popular work - a prelude to a future original piece - gathered over 1,600 unique readers within half a month, and has even gathered be a few independent fans who want to see more of that concept in the future. While this may not sound like much, I consider it one of my first forays into publishing my work online in a more professional manner, and it's given me confidence in the fact that I can keep aiming for higher levels of success.
